Enter Master Options from Card Manager
Select System Preferences ---> System Log ---> Review File Activity
The dialogue will show the tables with records in use. Select the file type and click review.
The dialogue will show the in use records and who they are in use by.
Select the offending record and click Release.
All records can be released by clicking Release All.
