Tickets can be reprinted if the order has not yet been exported or invoiced.
1. Go to Ticket Servicing.
Select Print Reports ---> Delivery Reports ---> Serviced Tickets
2. Select the appropriate warehouse
3. If an order is from a specific season you can select the appropriate season using the drop down list or search button.
4. Select the Reprint option
5. Select the order to be reprinted and print as normal.
If the tickets have been exported or invoiced and you are retaining shipped data (Master Options settings) then select Shipped
Print the tickets as normal.
If your system is using exported orders you may need to select Normal or Reprint when Shipped is selected.
