Processed order and serviced tickets are available to be printed on picking lists.
1. Go to Order Processing
2. Select Print Reports -> Delivery Reports -> Picking List
The print picking lists screen is now presented for order selection. For normal day to day processing the dialogue is ready to go, all orders ready to print will be displayed.
3.
- Select the Warehouse
- If a specific season is to be printed tick ‘Selected only’ and choose the appropriate season from the dropdown list or search button.
- Select the appropriate Report type settings
- Select either Normal or Reprint. (Normal print shows any orders not already printed. Reprint will show orders available for reprint)
- Ticking Line Orders/Ticket Orders will show those orders in the orders available.
- ‘Shipping documents have been printed’ to be ticked if required.
4. Ticking ‘My Orders Only’ will show only the orders the user has entered into the system.
5. Check that the correct Service groups have been selected. Default setting is All. To change untick All and use the drop down list to select the appropriate group.
6. If not all orders are to be printed it is possible to select specific orders for printing.
Check the Selected only option (the orders will move from the Orders to be printed section to Orders available
Select orders from the left side and transfer to the right hand side. This can be done by:
- Double clicking the order
- Selecting the order by clicking on it or searching for it using the Account number or order number and clicking the Add button.
Orders can be unselected by selecting on the order on the right side and clicking Remove.
7. Select how to Sort the orders when printed.
8. When the right hand box has all the orders that are required to be printed and all other settings have been selected correctly, click the OK button to process.
9. After the process run has completed the system will produce an audit log. It is recommended that this report is printed and acted upon. It is key to making sure orders are printed and not missed.
The audit report will show the picking list that is being printed.
