Manually Adding a Price Code.
1. Go to Inventory Control or Display Planning, select Master File Maintenance and Maintain Season/Product/Price from Master File Maintenance in either Display Planning or Inventory Control. 
2. Select the Price Code Tab
3. Select the relevant Season and Product Group. Enter the new Price code to be created and press enter.
4. Select OK when the following box appears to create the new price code.
5. Enter a description and set unit content to the required value, all other fields are optional.
6. Click Apply to save and create the price code.
Importing Price Codes
1. Go to Inventory Control or Display Planning, select Master File Maintenance Imports Import Price Code Details
2. Use the Browse for file button (top right) to locate the spread sheet file to import.
3. Select the appropriate file and Click Open
4. The file will be validated; any errors will be shown on screen with an option to print. Once complete it will be confirmed
5. Click OK.
6. Click Import to action the import. After completion a confirmation will be shown.
