Downloading

The CardManager Remote Sales app (CMRS) is accessible to both Reps and Customers and is available from the Apple - App Store (search for “CM Remote Sales”).


Note that in some situations your organisation may have an enterprise trusted version of CMRS, in which case you will need to refer to "Enabling Trust" (https://cardmanager.freshdesk.com/support/solutions/articles/9000165472-configuration-enterprise-trust)



Installation

Once installed your will need to add your organisation's database.   

Click the "+" in the bottom right hand corner of the screen, enter the WebSite URL and Site ID, and click "Connect".



The app will then prompt you for your User Type (Rep or Customer).  Select your User Type and enter your User Name and Password and click "Login".


Lastly click "Yes" when prompted to add the new Database.
