The Stock Adjustment functions are available in CM within the Stock Movements menu
Inventory Control > Inventory Movements > Stock Movements

Individual Stock Adjustment

First select the applicable Season and Warehouse and then pick the Design you wish to modify.

Next edit the Quantity and optionally enter a reason.

Lastly click Apply.

Bulk Stock Adjustments

Stock adjustments can be modified in bulk by populating a spreadsheet with the stock details and then by using "Global Stock Adjustment / Import".

Inventory Control > Inventory Movements > Stock Movements > Global Stock Adjustment / Import

First create a spreadsheet in Excel with the following fields:

  • Season
  • Design
  • Qty
  • Reason [optional]

Its important to note that the 'Qty' field modifies the existing design stock level.

For example.  If you had a design with a bin stock level of 20 cards, and needed this adjusted to 50, you would enter 30 in the 'Qty' field.
And if you needed to reduce a design's bin stock level from 50 to 20 cards, you would enter -30 in the 'Qty' field.

Once you have created the saved the spreadsheet file, import this file using the Global Stock Adjustment function.

Open the "Import adjustment" tab.

Select the checkbox "Use Column 4 as Reason" if your spreadsheet includes the Reason field.

And lastly select the spreadsheet file using the ellipses (...) and then click OK.

The system will then proceed to verify the spreadsheet file and then allow you to complete the bulk adjustment.

Bulk Stock Location Adjustments

Stock adjustments can be made to both Bin and Location using the "Global Stock Adjustment / Import".

The process is exactly the same as the "Bulk Stock Adjustments" process but includes two additional fields.

  • Season
  • Design
  • Qty
  • Reason [optional]
  • Qty (ie. Location qty)
  • Location  (ie. Location reference)

Location aquantities and references are entered where applicable and left blank where none exist.
